Update Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

Hi,

I'm trying to update our cloud hosted environment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. I am doing this through Lifecycle Services (https://lcs.dynamics.com/). I managed to update a few of the environments, but one of them keeps failing and I'm unable to work out why.

This is the error message I get:

FAILURE DETAILS
Error code
95103
Error message
Attempted to remotely execute a powershell script but the WinRM SSL certificate is expired. Please make sure the virtual machine [Hyve-Dev-2] has a valid WinRM SSL certificate before retrying.
Any ideas on how I can fix this please?

Rotate secrets via LCS (Environment details page, Maintain button).

Thank you for your answer. I have tried rotating the SSL Certificates, but it fails each time.

    It says "incomplete"

with the same error each time:

Then try the other certificates, such as "Rotate Dynamics Deployment certificate". Since the error mentions WinRM (=Windows Remote Management), it sounds that you need to rotate the Dynamics Deployment certificate first.

    Hi Reda,

Please follow the doc to check your Certificate rotation.

    Thanks.

I am also receiving this error both when I Rotate Dynamics Deployment certificate and when I rotate SSL certificates
