
Has anyone Implemented a Solution whereby through Partner Portal, a User uploads a .CSV File and this is imported as records into a Custom Entity. This Custom Entity is an intersection between Account and Contact, captures work done by a Contact against an Account.

We've done things like that before, but they require a "Companion App", which is a web service hosted somewhere else (Azure, on-premise) that you pass the file to and using the CRM SDK it creates the records.

Since your options for creating data are restricted to Entity Forms and Web Forms, a companion app is the preferred approach.
