GP2013/Management Reporter 2012 - Printing Multiple Copies Error

Hi All -

I have a little bit of an odd question this time. We have a client who is running GP2013/MR2012. They access GP2013, Report Designer, and Report Viewer from a Citrix desktop. When they print multiple copies of anything from these applications they get the following error messages:

Improperly formatted spool file. The spool data received does not appear to be a Windows Server EMF spool file.

None of the specified pages exist on this report.

This seems to be a network printing issue (hence the EMF spool issue). Unfortunately network printing issues and myself go together like oil and water. If someone could shed a little light on where to start troubleshooting this it would be a great help. Thanks!
