Hi,
Hope all are doing well.
Right now we had setup the posting profile but due to budget module implementation i need to setup posting definition.
Any one have any idea to convert posting profile to posting definition so same account will be generated like during PO processing etc. ?

This is not a simple 'conversion'.
You can find some additional information on the Setup of posting definitions here.

Especially the examples

Before bringing this to your live system test throughly!
