We have to embedd the Dynamics CRM into a Contact Center Web Page, when it is embedded, the users can not see the complete data of the fields
On the other side, when users work with Dynamics CRM without being embedded, the system looks very fine.
Questions:
1-Is the CRM a responsive web design system?
2-Is there a way to correct this? How?

As far as I know, you can't show Dynamics CRM in an iframe of another system (it's unsupported), which is what you are doing right know as I understood correctly. The best way would be to simply use Dynamics CRM webAPI (or OrganizatonService) to obtain the data you need for your Contact Center Web Page instead of embedding whole system (which looks for me like a really bad design).
Maybe share with us your business requirement and we will come up with a better idea how to solve this?

I would not call CRM responsive. It seems though that the next release of CRM will have a Unified Interface across all devices, which might be a proper resolution. This is the Dynamics 365 CE (July 2017 Update)
