    Hi Jacek,

I'd suggest you contact Microsoft Support and explain your problem.

My company is active Microsoft Partner (1449603) but it seams we don't have access to partnersource. (I got the message that my MS account is not assigned with any Dynamics profile, and our administrator has the same problem). How to get login in such case?

If you go here look at the botom for I am a Customer. This will log you into CustomerSource where you can download the GP code. If your adminstrator has given you sufficient rights you can also retrieve your registration keys.

    Thanks Michael,

As such you might be a customer, but the copy you got from your Technet subscription is only good for training and educational purpose (or testing in lab environment)... In order to get a valid registration key for a production system, you need to approach a certified MBS partner (Microsoft Small Business), because this is the only way Microsoft sells and supports the Dynamics line of product...

This is the url for the Customer Source portal, but you can enter there only after you got 'linked' to a valid customer account from Microsoft (and this is not a Technet Subscription) : mbs.microsoft.com/.../default_greatplains

You'll be able to use the same MS Live account as for your Technet subscription, but the two are not related in any way. You can find a local partner by using Microsoft's Pinpoint site : pinpoint.microsoft.com/.../home

Another way to get local help is to look for GPUG chapter in your area (http://www.gpug.com/). This is a user driven community group that provides plenty of training and support around the Dynamics Product line.

    Hi Michael,

Are you already a Dynamics (GP) customer ? or a VAR or ISV that is looking to resell the Dynamics product line ?

Is it the Service Plans under "For Customers" or is it Become a Partner or Microsoft Partner Network under "For Partner.

Do I need any of this as i'm a very small business or should I join the service.
