Solved by using TaxRegulation classes to update Actual sales tax amount

To more detail of the intention is actually similar as if we manually input Actual sales tax amount in Adjustment tab when we open Sell - Sales tax form :

So, I have an API which the source application already calculate the tax amount, and this amount is put into some staging table and my program should put the "calculated tax amount" in that staging table to the Actual sales tax amount field then, which also probably need to execute the "Apply actual tax amounts" button programmatically.

Anyone can guide me for this purposes ?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Yes, but may I know where or which class calculate it ? I tried to debug, put some breakpoint in many places. table TaxTrans, TmpTaxWorkTrans, take a look at class TaxSales, etc, but could not find where exactly the value being calculated.

I intend to make a simple modification on the calculation for the result value. Would be a great help if someone can guide me where to look.

    Thanks,

Hi VoltesDev, I believe it's calculated fields in temporary table so not stored in any table. Please check this article, although it's for AX 2012 but probably still relevant for D365 F&O.
