Does any one know, in Dynamics 365 v9, how to convert an appointment to an opportunity?
I only have the possibility to convert to a case. In previous versions it was possible to convert activities in cases or opportunities.

@Shayan the behavior it's the same as Andrew described. My user is sys admin and I still can't convert to opportunity. I agree with Andrew, I believe this is a bug to.

@Shayan I have the same version and I have sys admin role but nevertheless option to convert to opportunity is not available.
@Maria It looks like it's a bug. I believe you should get in touch with Microsoft and ask for help to get this fixed.

I use Dynamics 365 V9 (trial), however I'am able to convert an appointment to an opportunity (As you see in the screenshot)
Be sure that you have enough privileges on Opportunity entity, otherwise you are not able to see the opportunity when you click on Convert To. (as you see in the following screenshot on the same appointment).
So, please check your security role if you it has enough privileges.
