RE: While converting from Case to Work order getting following error
Some expected field value is missing. Based on the way it has failed, I suspect you/your organization may have disabled something which would have otherwise warned you that the value is required.
Here are my top guesses in the order of my estimated probability of being the cause:
- incident type on case has been left blank.
- wo type on incident type has been left blank.
- account on case has been left blank.
- price list on account or wo type has been left blank.
- tax code on account has been left blank.
Unfortunately, there are still a number of other possibilities, depending on what has been done in your instance. Look into these but, if none of them resolve the issue, raise a support request.
