Is any way to Integrate d365 FO with saleforce CRM using Programming??
The scenario is : when we create a record in D365 FO it also be create in Saleforce CRM

There is no Dual Write option between F&O and Sales force. You can integrate using various integration apps, like Logic Apps. In case you would need to call Salesforce within x++ logic, you can probably call web services. I don't have experience with Salesforce CRM to be able to know their integration options.

As Andre suggested, our pilot integrations used LogicApps (allowing Salesforce to be both the product master as well as the Customer master). However, we've shelved the approach and will be doing an integration using Mulesoft in calendar 2024. That's when all our various strands of our transformation efforts come together.
In addition to above suggestion, MuleSoft has free trial as well, so you can explore this option as well.
