We have been using CRM 2013 since December 2013, and have actively been qualifying leads regularly without issue. For some reason this week, when you are within a lead record, the "Qualify" and "Disqualify' buttons no longer work. They are there, highlight when you scroll over them, but when you click them, nothing happens. All other commands such as "New", "Assign", "Add to Marketing List", etc. are all working properly. We have not been able to identify any changes that would have affected this. I should note, that we can work around by finding the lead we want to qualify either in an existing view or search results, use the checkbox feature to select it and hit "Qualify" from that area and it works. We are a smaller CRM organization (about 30 users), and I'm the admin by default but not CRM certified so have troubleshooted as much as possible but can't find a solution for this one. Please let me know if you have any suggestions to try to fix this.
