    Hi

Conflict tab is automatically created by CRM when it does a form merge and if it cannot resolve the conflict automatically.

You must have imported solution and CRM creates a conflict tab and adds the components that it could not merge due to conflict

If the tab has any field that is not available in any other section or tab, i would move the field from Conflict tab to other and hide the conflicts tab

You can hide that tab, if you remove, it might add again in the next import so i normally hide it.

Have a look at this link if you want to have a read about what happens when we import solution

    docs.microsoft.com/.../gg334576(v=crm.8)

    Hope this helps

Thank you so much! if I have contacts that are in the Conflicts Section, does that mean the email will not go out, but the contacts are also listed under the Members Section?

No it will not affect any other part of the system. The conflict tab is just about the form field display.

    Hi

Select the tab, click on Change Properties and Untick the Visible By Default.

Thank you - and is there a way I can find the components that did not merge?

Any field or section failed to merge would have been added to conflicts tab. You have already seen the conflicts tab anyway. So no need to check anywhere else.
