D365 License Type for Product Receipt

Hello Experts,

Good Morning,

I have a question on MS D365 License, for the below activity what license type do we need to assign to users such as (Team Member($8) / Activity($50) / SCM Enterprise($180)).

1) Sales Order Packing Slip, 

2) Sales Order Invoicing, 

3) Purchase Order Product Receipt,

4) Purchase Order Invoicing.

All the above task will generate entries on GL.

So to do the above task which license need to assign to user.

    Hi Yasar,

    I do assume you are referring to the option to post the activities you mentioned. I checked the menu items with privilege requirements:

    1) Privilege Process sales packing slip (SalesFormLetter_PackingSlipProcess) : Team Members

    2) Privilege Maintain customer invoices (SalesFormLetter_InvoiceMaintain) : Finance

    3) Privilege Process purchase receipts (PurchFormLetter_PackingSlipProcess): Team Members

    4) Privilege Maintain vendor invoices (PurchFormLetter_InvoiceMaintain) : Finance

    With a Dynamics 365 Finance SKU, the user will be able to perform all tasks. If you are in the need to have users posting packing slips or posting the receipt, according to the privilege a Team Members license SKU is sufficient for that task. The invoice posting is requiring the Finance license.

    Thanks for the reply,

    "posting the receipt, according to the privilege a Team Members license SKU is sufficient for that task." --> just to confirm, will this action(Receipt Posting) change the PURCHASE ORDER STATUS to "RECEIVED" if all the quantity selected to do ProductReceipt.

    Hi Yasar,

    In case all order lines are fully received, then indeed it will (at least should for consistency) change the order status to 'received'.
