how can I create Customer Pricing or Customer Discount Group w/o any Item no. input?

Hi Community,

May I ask if there is anyway I can create a Customer Pricing Group or Customer Discount Group without any Item no. input?

I have a scenario whereby it doesn't matter which item as long as it is my customer, I want to allocate a certain percentage of discounts to this group of customers.

Hi, as far as I know, this cannot be done by the standard because Item No. is required. The same is true for Customer Discount Group.

Hi All,

Thanks for your replies.

I realized that if I want to apply to all items, I need to set up at the Customer Discount Group > Item Discount Group > ALL Items as the code.

Then at all the Items I assign the Item Discount Group as the code ALL Items. In this way when I assign the Customer Discount Group to link with Item Discount Group. All the items will enjoy the discount.
