If I understood correctly, it sounds like the data is there, but sometimes you cannot see it on some computers?
To rule out a few simple things:
- Make sure that you are sorting transactions the same way on all the computers, the Select Bank Transactions window has a number of different ways to display the same data.
- Make sure that you're pointing to the same set of data - sometimes different computers point to different companies or even servers.
- If you have any customizations or 3rd party add-ons, make sure they are all installed and the same versions on all computers.
- Make sure you are testing with the same GP user ID on all computers to rule out any user specific issues.
If everything is the same and you still do not see the same data on all computers, there may be an issue with the connectivity to the SQL Server. When this happens, I would start with restarting GP (or maybe even the computer), then looking at the data again.
If you are still having a problem, you may want to talk to your GP Partner or GP Support, as this could potentially signal a bigger issue.

1. What service pack is GP 10? SP2
2. What server are on you on (SQL 2005, 2008?): SQL 2005
3. What operating system(s) are your workstations on (Vista??, XP, 2003, etc) SAME XP,2003,VISTA,WIN 7
4. When did this behavior begin? Was there a change in your GP environment? no change, Noticed on this week.
Al most i am facing problem in vista environment some time in xp too .please advice

1. What service pack is GP 10?
2. What server are on you on (SQL 2005, 2008?)
3. What operating system(s) are your workstations on (Vista??, XP, 2003, etc)
4. When did this behavior begin? Was there a change in your GP environment?
