Hi Business Central cohort!

We are implement Dynamics 365 Sales with integration with BC through CDS.

All mater data record from BC are coupled without issue except sales people.

We are not able to couple sales people in BC and CDS (Dynamics 365 Sales) because there is no Integration Table Mapping in BC for table Salesperson/Purchaser. Can someone please help?

Cheers.

    Hello,

Did you select Teams or Salespersons in the Assisted Setup (Teams is recommended selection).

    Thanks.

    Hi Marco.

Thanks for the reply. I have selected Teams as the ownership model in CDS Setup.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

If you do disable integration, change to Person instead of Teams, you will immediately get the question to map the salespersons and you do get back the salesperson integration.

    Thanks.

    All the best.

    Hello Everyone,

I am encountering the same issue with item/products. It is not visible and it it is not syncing. The rest is ok.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

In BC, there is a table called "Integration Table Mapping". This table holds the definition (filters/settings/etc.) for each pair of tables that you want to synchronize. Someone must have deleted (or never created) the record for linking Salesperson/Purchaser (BC) with User (CDS). In BC, you can certainly create this record in the table manually by opening the page "Integration Table Mappings" (if it's not searchable, then you can open it using an action button in the "Dynamics 365 Connection Setup" page.

Another option: In a BC sandbox, you could also try using the "Use Default Synchronization Setup" action located in BC on the "Dynamics 365 Connection Setup" page. This should create the necessary table mapping--however, it may also overwrite/delete existing mappings/settings--so use with caution.

    Hi John.

Please check is the table ITEM-PRODUCTS visible on the page "Integration Table Mappings". If not, you can re - run Setup Dynamics 365 Connection in the Assisted Setup. That should help and create missing ITEM-PRODUCTS table for the Sales and BC integration.

Yep. That was it. I was only using CDS connection. Did not know you had to run both. Thanks

    Hello, Ilija

    Hello,

There have many options for mapping field and integrate it. I suggest also one tool for mapping Mappyfield which are useful to marketing and sales person. This tool you know about How to connect better with a customer using Dynamics CRM map integration. With Mappyfield visualize and analyze the CRM data in real-time. Now plan your daily or monthly activities with the easily accessible data through dashlets. These dashlets provide smart overview of sales activity, open leads, follow-up data, and performance.

    You visit the website: www.appjetty.com/dynamics365-mappyfield-365.htm

    Hi!

I have configured NAV 2017 to Dynamics Sales integration.

Currently i am synching Customers and Contacts, but the new records in CRM are created with user as owner of the record (user that is mapped to the salesperson associated with customer), I want team to be the record owner.

Is there any way to achieve this?

    Thanks in advance
