Financial Year Ends Not Running

Hello All

I am having an issue in some of the legal entities I am working on. Whereby the financial year end is working for 2013 and 2014 but when i run it for 2015 it won't run and an error pops up saying the 2014 year isnt complete so 2015 can't be ran.

The 2014 year is listed as completed against the legal entity I am trying to run against. I have tried reversing the 2 previous years and starting again, and also ran create and update balances.

This has never been a problem in testing up until today when I initial selected all the legal entities to run year ends instead of doing one legal entity at a time. No config has changed.

Any thoughts.

Hi Joe,

There is a batch that works behind the scene while running and completing the year-end, if your batch is still in executing state, this error comes.

Can you check when this error is coming, the previous year-end batch is completed and ended successfully?

Hi Ramit, Yes all batches ended and none have errors.
