Printing sales orders on hold?

Is there any way a sales rep could print an order acknowledgement even though the sales order is on credit hold? I don't want the order to be released for shipping but would like them to be able to print the details to show the customer even though the order is still on hold (often happens due to time differences).

Hi,

If Printing Documents holds are assigned to sales document then you can not print the sales order from Great Plains.

If you want to print sales order you need to remove Printing Documents holds and assign Transferring Documents or Posting hold. By this way you can print document and also control to post by misteck.

Alternatively you can create report outside Great Plains using SSRS or Crystal.
