Looking For Other Aggregate Industry Users

Hi everyone, our company has been using GP for over ten years now. We produce mineral sand, specialty sand and gravel for a few industries. We are currently using GP for AP and AR and will be using more modules soon. We use another software for sales/ticketing then we have a link that ties the SQL data together.

We are looking to see if there are any other users here that are in a similar situation to us to see how they work. We signed up for the GPUG at Convergence this year and will most likely make our way up for the Summit in October.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

    Bron, we had met with Frank's organization along with others on implementing 3rd party (ISV) add-ons to our existing GP. We also looked outside of MS programs.  We ended up going to MinePoint (Dynamics AX).

    Many moons ago we had a client in the cement business that later was purchased by a large German corporation. I rememeber saying that I had no idea how many different variations there were in selling cement. We had worked with their IT staff to export sales records out to a SQL database and then we just used Integration Manager to import them into sales orders in GP.
