I want email to be created by the actual owner, not SYSTEM.

Could we do a screen share and investigate? I have admin rights and can go into the back end for a tour.
Without knowing specifics of the email that is being created in crm is difficult to provide you with valuable information. If the email is being created by the email router or the server side sync it should give the ownership to the mailbox owner.
I wonder if you have a custom plugin or some custom code creating the emails. See if you can provide details on how your email integration is setup in crm and specifics concerning that email that is being created with the owner as the system user.

That is a good question. I believe it is by an email router.
We have CRM connected to Outlook.
We don't have non-microsoft email plugins and we don't have a workflow setup to my knowledge that is doing this.
How's the email being created in crm, by the user, a workflow, a plugin, the email router?
