Email Statements - Insufficient Memory Error

Please advise on this Error while sending E-mail Statements
Error Message: Could not e-mail status report to Sender. Insufficient Memory

I am randomly getting this error while sending email statements in Terminal Server Environment. I am unable to consistently repeat the error. It seems to happen every few days after logging in first time to the Terminal Server. After the error, GP will print status report, which also shows "Insufficient Memory" for some of the customers. After the error, when I try to re-send the statements using same steps including log off/login, it goes thru without errors. It does not seem to be Memory related as there is plenty of memory available.

The environment is: Terminal Server: Windows 2012 R2, GP 2013, Adobe Acrobat DC, Outlook 2013 32-Bit
Please share any thoughts on this.

RE: Email Statements - Insufficient Memory Error

The main reason of occurring this error message was because of insufficient mailbox memory to open the relevant folder, accessed by the client. This Outlook error message indicates that mailbox has reached to the maximum file size limitation and doesn’t have enough memory to conduct any aforementioned tasks.

RE: Email Statements - Insufficient Memory Error

I encountered this issue for the first time today.  The user runs GP using RemoteApp in a Terminal/Remote Desktop server environment.  The user has to use MAPI for email (still on GP 2016 and having issues with Exchange Online) and is emailing EFT remittances from GP.  What I discovered is that they had two remote desktop sessions open, with GP running in one and Outlook in the other.  GP was unable to attach to Outlook via MAPI to generate emails because it was already open in another session.  After closing Outlook in the second session and logging out for good measure, they were able to generate their emails.

I created a shortcut to Outlook in GP for the user so they can open Outlook after the emails are processed to confirm they sent correctly.

    Good Day,

I got this insufficient memory error in  GP 2015, turned out the issue was with the email address entered for the customer on the customer maintenance option screen was missing the "@ " sign. Once updated the statement was  sent  successfully.

RE: Email Statements - Insufficient Memory Error

Just wanted to add an update on the Insufficient memory issue.

We are using the Standard Report Lay-out, not templates.

When launching Dynamics GP by using "Run as Administrator", the Emails sent with no issues.

We noticed the Data Execution Prevention was set to "On" for all programs, have experienced issues with VBA when this is set and "Dynamics.exe" is not in the exclusion list, so have changed the setting to only essential programs, but cannot test until the machine is re-booted.

This is all on a Terminal Server, and some weeks the emails sent, and other weeks they wouldn't send.

The statements are small. I am testing with 1 page statements and up to 3 customers at a time. Thanks.

RE: Email Statements - Insufficient Memory Error

    How big are the statements?

Also, once you click the Email then the carrier of processing the next step is your Email client (outlook) and in between; is the printer ( in this case Adobe or any pdf creater) and if there is any 3rd party application which works to render the statement to a document which should be send via Outlook.

Out of my experiecne of this type of error I have see, is usually the compatibility issues of applicaiton with OS and others
