Item Number on Transaction Screen Grid

Dear Community, 

Client requires "Item Number" on POS Transaction Screen detailed grid view. Is there any way to achieve this using default system functionality?

Any help shall be highly appreciated. 

Like item name, Customer requires Item Number on the transaction line as well.

    Hy Usma,

    yes it is possible without development. Just identiy the screen layout you are using, you can do this inside POS (settings button upper right  corner), if you don't know which you are using.

    Go to Retail and Commerce/Channel Setup/POs setup/Pos/Screen layouts, select your screen layout on the left side

    Then use the screen layout designer which is a click once runtime app to edit the screen layout.

    Here you see the transaction part of your POS basket. With right click on the table area you can customize the table content. Just add the item ID field to your table, take care about column and table size.
