how to automatically create a new lead when new email arrives in a shared mailbox

Dear All,

I believe this is common in many businesses.  We use a shared mailbox, say sales@company.com, to receive any sales inquiries from our new and existing customers. I am looking for a way to automatically create a new lead in Dynamics CRM from any new email that arrives in the shared mailbox.

Once the lead is created, the sales manager will manually assign it to someone.

Is that doable with the CRM system?  I looked into the Power Automate but didn't find a proper action to use.

    Hi Logan,

Zap Email Parser can parse any information from incoming email and create a lead in Dynamics 365. For more information, kindly refer: https://zapobjects.com/apps/zap-email-parser/
