I'm experiencing the issue on a few companies after GP 18.6 upgrade when trying to log in the company:

I have done the following: -
1) Ran the DMU utility for the company
2) Checked and verified that the SP exist in the company
3) Ran grant.sql script against the DYNAMICS and Company
4) Verified and confirmed that DYNSA is the db owner

Has anyone come encountered this issue.

Thanks,
HP

After GP 18.6 Upgrade: Could not find stored procedure 'smCleanupFilesBeforeLogin'
    Hi Joseph,

    Happy New Year.

Thank you for your reply. I did find the same article and have tried all the suggestions there in but still have the same issue. However, the error message that I'm getting is different than that in the article.

As mentioned, I've done the following as per the article suggestions:-
I have done the following: -
    1) Ran the GP DMU utility for the company
    2) Checked and verified that the SP exist in the company
    3) Ran grant.sql script against the DYNAMICS and Company
    4) Verified and confirmed that DYNSA is the db owner
    Any other ideas!

    Hi Hammond-

Microsoft documented this in an older help guide:

See if the stored procedure is actually missing from the company database on the server. If so, there is a link in Resolution 1 to recreate it.

Or is this happening on just particular users? If so, see Resolution 4 and see if there are any stuck records in ACTIVITY and SY00800.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks.
    Joe
