Identify Products as Customer Assets

Posted on by 25

I have a Field Service environment where Products are unique. Each Product is a unique piece and cannot be sold twice. For that reason it would be helpful when I use the product lookup in the Work Order Product record to filter only the products that aren't yet in the customer asset entity. How can I achieve this?

    Hi Sabrina,

You can create a custom view between Product and CustomerAsset and use that view in addCustomView function. You can also use addCustomFilter to display the results in lookups.

Here is a community thread for reference

    Hope this helps

    Best Regards
