Reprint option for Project Closing Posting Journal greyed out in GP

Hi,

I'm curious to know if anyone else has encountered this issue... I've closed several projects in PA and usually send the report to a .txt or PDF file. I've missed one and was looking to re-print he posting journal, which sould be feasable through : Project > Reports > Posting Journals > New or Modify button
Select the option "Project Closing" and create a new option. When this form opens, the option to select 'Posting Journal' is greyed out and can't be selected... the other ones are not returning the expected results.. even when entering a project that has recently been closed with charged amounts, it returns zero value...
