    Hi Mohamoud,

Duplicate Detection Rule is the way to detect the duplicate record and give warning message to end user . Now when you want to delete huge data based on some condition with async process you may go with Bulk Data Deletion.

Check here for duplicate detection -

Check here for bulk record deletion -

    Hi MahmoudNazzal,

Duplicate Detection: As the name suggest, it works based on certain rules to detect the duplicate. For E.g. if you have a rule which says email id for contact then whever you create a record, it will check if the there is a record with that email id, if yes then it will prompt you saying there are duplicates. The same rules can be run on demand as well i.e. you can select some records and click on "Detect Duplicate" which will in turn run a duplicate detection job and identify duplicates.

Bulk Record Deletion: Again as the name suggest, this is a functionality used to delete the records based on certain criteria. For example, if you want to delete all record where city is Redmon, you can do with this. This will trigger a job which tuns in background and delete the record based on that criteria.

You can refer the below article for more details- crmbook.powerobjects.com/.../keeping-data-clean-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm

    Hope this helps.
