We are unable to connect MS Project to D365. When we select the Connect button it just crashes with no error.

Are you using the correct version of PSA Add-in for Microsoft Project? PSA V3.4+: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=57956

Note: the Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation Add-in for Microsoft Project is only compatible with Microsoft Project 2016 Professional Edition.
