Hi Expert,
I have read the below article how to buy Kit using BOM explode in purchase order.

I would like to know how to split Kit unit purchase price to its components.
Whenever I tried to explode KIT BOM . Purchase price became zero for all(KIT and Its component).
How to setup atleast the KIT purchase price assign to atleast one component.

Hi Faiz,
You can specify a selling price for a kit which is less or more than the total price of all its components. It works much like the base price of a product, wherein a sales order line derives the price of the kit from the base price, if there are no Trade Agreements for sale prices defined for the kit.

Thanks for reply. We are not selling neither KIT nor components. I would like to purchase KIT and while receive the components should come to in invertory. KIT have different different sizes and each size has BOM attached. KIT prices vary every puchase order based on size or vendor and we do not have purchase agreement.
We need whatever Purhase price (unit price) we entered in purchase line . It should come automatically to component(atleast first BOM line component/item).
Is there any way to get it or it require customization.
