Hi,
Environment is D365 V 9.1 Unified Interface. I am noticing at certain times (possibly after a solution import) that the Ribbon has disappeared on Admin records. See the attachment where no options are showing for the Teams record in D365. This is also occuring on other records like User, Imports, etc.
I have cleared my cache in both Chrome and Brave, and am using Incognito mode on both. I also have published all customizations and re-started.
Has anyone else seen this issue, and is there a simple resolution for it?

Yes, no options appear in the Ribbon on Admin records. Your screenshot is accurate. Any ideas on cause and resolution would be helpful. So far I have cleared cache, restarted browser, restarted machine, ran CC Cleaner, restarted machine. I have not done anything with Ribbon Workbench although we are using it to hide certain buttons in D365.
I am not sure which Ribbon you are talking about ? Can you please have a look below screenshot , this is what team ribbon look like , seems you posted wrong screenshot.

If button or ribbon is disabled in UCI, Good practice when using the Ribbon Workbench is to create a solution with only the entities added for which you want to modify the menu. The new PowerApps Maker experience now allows you to create solutions and add sub-components easily.

This article explains a potential solution for fixing the issue of missing menus in the Dynamics 365 Unified Interface. Try loading the ribbon from the Ribbon Workbench and publishing the ribbon.
