I enabled document management in CRM 2016(version 8.1.0.359) for account Entity and created new button through ribbon workbench in SharePoint document entity. But the created button is not visible in the view, for which I have attached the following screenshot.02543.Capture.PNG

Thanks In Advance.

    Hi Pankil!

Apparently you are using CRM SharePoint List Component.

In 2015, Microsoft has reported that this type of component will become obsolete.

If you allow me a suggestion, think about changing the integration scenario.

    Hi,

This is a SharePoint list component, you cannot add a custom button to it.

    Hi Pankil,

+1 for Pawel's answer.  Let me clarify this further.

There are two ways to integrate Dynamics CRM with SharePoint.

    1. Client side with SharePoint List component

    2. Server side with Server-based integration

What you have is the SharePoint List Component method.  What you are seeing is a SharePoint page embedded in CRM inside an iFrame.  When you add a button to "SharePoint Document" entity, you are adding it to CRM not SharePoint Document Library.  That's why you can't see it.
