changing managers

at the moment all our users are under ne business unit and the field "Managers" is greyed out

is there a way to change this field and add managers to it

we are trying a workflow and need details enetered into the field for it to work

    Hi, Open the User record form. On the top right, click “Actions” on the toolbar and then click on “Change Manager...” to select the Manager for this user.
