Microsoft dynamics crm speed issue

Hi ,

We have issue in CRM speed issue in US and Canada region clients, Probably because they are using India region CRM what?. How can i solve with this issue, we want our client to enter data to crm.

    Hi,

    Since you are online, it could be possible that your speed is affected because users are in different regions. However, it should not be that significant. Some suggestions:

    There are many possible causes for slowdowns, and you may want to check that workflows/plugins are not flooding your system behind-the-scenes as well.

    We had a UK client whose on-line instance was hosted in US. This resulted in very poor performance, for them the performance hit was significant.

    Eventually Microsoft were contacted and the instance was moved from UK to US.

    Hi,

    I think that you might get some improvement by buying an express route for the users in North America.

    Have you done any analysis of where it goes slow? How many hops are there between the users and the CRM?

    Being on (pretty much) the other side of the globe will give some latancy but you might be able to reducing it.

    Hi Nithin,

    From the diagnostic report, this is definitely an issue caused by where your instance is located. The latency and bandwidth speeds are not good. You may want to contact Microsoft support and request your instance(s) to be moved to the US region.

    If instances moved to US Region then the users in India might face same issue what? how to descrease and increase bandwidth and latency speeds. do you have any idea

    Hi,

    I would talk to Microsoft and ask them what they think about having an express route to North America for you CRM, it will cost a bit but considering that you have users in both India and North America I think it might be one of few solutions for you.

    Hi Nithin,

    You are right, moving the instance to the US will cause the users in India to have the same issue - someone will have to have issues with speed. Again, I suggest contacting Microsoft support, there isn't much you can do to fix these speed issues from the administrative-side. Rickard is correct - try asking Microsoft support if an express route may be a solution for your clients' instances.
