Hi,

I don't know why, sometimes for some users, the option "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf" is unticketed by the system itself. Could someone tell me why ? Or give me tips to investigate ?

Thanks & regards,

Camille

    Hi Camille,

It is unlikely that system is reverting the user settings. This muct be done either by user manully or with some tool/sdk. Did you find any trend like it happens for any specific set of users or any specific time?

    Hi,

OOTB the system has this value unchecked when you create a new user.

The user needs to it by himself or you use the XrmToolBox to update it after creation.
