Receiving 'Run-time error 429' while trying to run Crystal Reports

We are using version 2.0 of HQ an POS. If we try to run a Crystal report  we are receiving a ' 'Run-time error 429'  ActiveX component can't create object'

After clicking OK to the dialog box the HQ session crashes. Any others experiencing this and how to solve it? thks.

We are using Crystal V 11.0 by the way.

    RMS only supports Crystal Reports 8.5

    Thank you for your response. Do you know if Microsoft will have an update to support a later version of Crystal Reports?
