Duplicate Detection and Merge Tool - Recommendations

We are looking for a tool that can work with Dynamics 365 which can identify duplicate Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities etc based on our criteria. Tool should be able to Merge the accounts if user chooses to. It will be great if it can handle multiple sets at a time or can automate the merge instead of user doing it one at a time. It would be great if it can do Fuzzy matching of names as well. If you have any recommendations for such a tool, please reply.
