Entitlement entity missing in post configurations.

Posted on by 165

I wanted to add posts to entitlement entity. But, in post configurations i cannot see entitlement entity to make wall enabled to yes. Right now, i can see only notes on the entitlement form.

Thanks Ramanathan for confirming it. Is there any other way we could add posts(social pane) to entitlement?

Yes you are correct, I could see the same behavior. Seems to be an OOB restriction!

    Hi Ramanathan,

Entitlement is out of the box entity. And, i have also refreshed it. But still i cannot see it in the post configurations.

Use the refresh ribbon button on post configurations(activity feed configurations), we have to manually refresh to see the new entities/custom entities.
