Don't show Export to Excel in Advanced Find for custom entity

Hi All.

I have a problem with one custom entity (from many new custom entities). In Advanced Find I don't see option for Export to Excel

For other new custom entity - it's ok, I see this option.

How I can fix it?

    Hi Nataly, Guido is right may be best to open an actual support ticket for this one.

    Have you tried different browsers to see if that is impacting this?

    All appeared simpler

    Previous colleague put the unvisible mode on the button "Export to Excel" in the Ribbon
