Embedding Dynamics 365 Remote Assist functionality with React Native application

Hi,

We're planning to build React Native app on top of Dynamics 365 Remote Assist with our own layout, additional features etc. It doesn't have to be customised on assistant's end. The main idea is to allow our employees to use global/local help provided by our experts. Possibility to switch between chat/audio/video/AR calls would be great.

I've seen couple of threads about this topic before, here are some links:

   

   

PCF looks promising, but I just wanted to update this topic. Maybe there are some APIs available that I'm not aware of.
