How to setup and configure the Permanent Demo environment?

We need to setup the permanent CRM demo environment. According to Microsoft, having 50 or more users and 2013 upgrade, we get a permanent CRM demo environment. Is there any information how to setup this demo?

If you qualify - you should see a notification at the top of the screen indicating this and there is a Configure button which takes to you to another site which allows you the process of provisioning the other instance.
