Set-up SMTP email in BC SaaS ver 20.4

Hello to all, 

I have issue with sending mails from BC 20.4 SaaS version.

Exchange license to user bc-mail is given. App Password is created from site:https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/AppPasswords.aspx for bc-mail user.

    Pls check SMTP setup. And check test mail. If it successful, then check your code.

    I hope the SMTP setup is visible in the first post.

    I can't send a test mail.
    What code? This is standard.

    Hello,

    Instead of Basic Authentication you should choose OAUT2. That will resolve the error.

    Hi, I tested the SMTP settings and it seems to be fine.
    Please check your SMTP settings and your exchange settings again.

    I tried with Microsoft 365 Business Standard license for that user, it was the same situation.

    I set up. Thanks. Email Apps - for SMTP need to be enabled.
