Hello to all, I have issue with sending mails from BC 20.4 SaaS version.
Exchange license to user bc-mail is given. App Password is created from site:https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/AppPasswords.aspx for bc-mail user.
The error:

Instead of Basic Authentication you should choose OAUT2. That will resolve the error.

Hi, I tested the SMTP settings and it seems to be fine.Please check your SMTP settings and your exchange settings again.

License Exchange:SMTP:I guess it is connected with SMTP depreciation?
I tried with Microsoft 365 Business Standard license for that user, it was the same situation.
I set up. Thanks. Email Apps - for SMTP need to be enabled.
