Is it possible to pre-populate information from a field (of a form) into the dialogue wizard?

Hi

I am looking to get information available in the fields of a form into the dialogue automatically. It means if the user opens a dialogue, some of the fields information available on the form should get transferred(or prepopulated) into the dialogue and be visible for the user. Is this possible at all? Any ideas on how to achieve this is fully appreciated.

Many thanks

    Hi.

With insert "prompt and answer" you should also be able to insert dynamic data, which means you can display information from the form.

You can also only enter a prompt without am answer, for simply displaying information.

And with insert "query data" you can fetch any data within CRM for use in the dialog.

Many thanks for your reply. I can see it works fine for the response type such as 'Single Line' and the 'Default value' is linked dynamically from the required field from the form.

I however need to use an 'option set' in my dialogue, and as soon as  I select option set the default value field in the 'prompt and response' disappears. Is there any way we can implement for option set as well?

Sorry for not writing an answer since yesterday ;)

What do you mean with "the default value field in the prompt and response disappears?

Dou you want to display data of the form in the prompt, in the comment or within the option set of the dialog?

Hi Thomas, no problem. Sorry for my late response too.

I want to display data of the form within the option set of the dialog.

In the dialogue, I went into Prompt and Response (Set Properties) -> Response Details ->  Response type  as Option set (Picklist) . Then the 'Default value' is deactivated automatically.
