Hi Guys,

First time using this forum, seems pretty cool. One of my users has reporting receiving the below error when adding a lead. I have attempted to add a lead and I receive the same error. This error was not appearing 1 hour ago when i added a lead to the system. What can be done to fix this?

Hi Jase,

if you are working on cloud, it may be a Microsoft issue, it is some day MS has some problems with reports too. Wait tomorrow, and check again.

If you are working on premise, make sure sql server is not overloaded by some query/job.

Thanks Francesco,

The only thing differently I did in the last hour was I downloaded the Dynamics 365 Connector for LinkedIn Lead. I have now removed this but the error is still there. I will try again tomorrow and respond to this thread.

Hi Francesco,

Thank you again for your fast reply and information.

I have tested adding a lead this morning and it works again. I thought I had made a change that caused this error.
