Sending a questionnaire through a marketing page/ email

Hi,

I am looking to using the dynamics marketing to send out email that contain a pre-sales meeting questionnaire, I am wondering in terms of tracking the customer journey and form submissions and so on, whether there is  a way to track the forms questionnaire page so that we could automate the customer scoring models score and update the insights from the website usage.

Or if it would be better to create a questionnaire in the marketing forms field, and then once they have submitted that for, to update the scoring model. However, where would the results go to upon the completion of a marketing form questionnaire? and would it be as easy to find the answers and insights as it is through forms?

TL;DR 

Would it be best to do a marketing questionnaire through Microsoft forms or marketing forms whilst still tracking customer answers and submissions.
