How to look up a specific user's last log on date?

We have thousands of users and I need to check some specific users' last log on time to see whether they are using CRM. However, under "Audit Summary View", all columns can be filtered except for "Record"- then I don't know how to look up a specific user's access history. What is a workaround to pull up their access history without coding?

Much appreciated!!

Select “Settings” from Navigation Menu and  then “Customizations” . Open Developer Resources.

    Hi Zohaib,

Thank you. Do you know what version of CRM ToolKit should be used for Dynamics crm 2016 online instance ? Is it MSCRMToolKit_0.6.5? Also, what should I put in to organization name?

    Hi Li,

Have you checked the "Audit user access" option under the Global Audit settings?

Once this option is checked, it does capture the login infromation of the users who have accessed the CRM along with the time stamp.

    Hope this helps!

MSCRM ToolKit is the answer for it. In this tool, you will find the Audit Export Manager.

With the help of it, you can export the data, then on that data you can easily search your require information easily. Thanks.
