Sorting of Queue items

In the "All Case in Selected Queues" customisation, I have configured the sorting by "Entered Queue" descending order.

When I go to the "All Case in Selected Queues" view, I will be able to see the queue items are sorted by Entered Queue descending order. However, I tried to click other Field's header to sort the records, but I am not able to do so.

So I went to check  the Case view which I am able to do sorting for all fields by clicking on the headers. By default, I had also configured in customisation the sorting is by "Open date" descending order.

Is there a setting preventing the queue items for sorting on other fields.

Please help, thanks.

    Hi.

Have you added columns from linked entities to this view?

Because you can only sort views by columns of the current entity (queue item in this case)
