Extension Menu not visible (cannot access Service Connections either)

I just created a new, second tenant for D365. I am the global admin and Super role set. I cannot see Extensions on the menu so I cannot add any. Also, Service Connections renders and error about the currency table so that I cannot access that either. 

I have the same view (business manager), access (global) and role (super) as in my other tenant where I can do all of this.

    Hello Dane,

    If you use the search and type in Extension, do you see a link to Extensions?  Can you open this link and see installed Extensions?

    Regarding the Service Connections, can you provide the error message about the currency table that you are seeing?
