Informing in advance about planned changes by Microsoft

Several times we had a problem in production due to new changes (solutions) deployed by Microsoft.
Is there an official page where we could inform ourselves in advance what kind of changes we can expect?

I have the same question (0)

    This link might help: learn.microsoft.com/.../

Also I usually create a new environment, install the preview release, and do regression testing.

    Hey.

You need to be aware of a few things

    a) Microsoft releases 2 "big waves", in April and October. However, part of the content of such waves can be delayed (for example, instead of October, December).  IN this case, you should download the PDF file that contains improvements scheduled on each wave, as they contain a calendar with estimated dates.

    b) Microsoft releases every weekend a set of updates/Hotfixes.  Usually this happens Friday Night/Saturday morning.  In your Health&MEssage Center (admin.microsoft.com) you should have the communications.

    c) Functionality is deployed on different versions depending on the region.  Usually South America, Canada, France, Switzerland, Germany are amongst the first to receive the updates.  This is availabble on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/released-versions/dynamics365sales#latest-version-availability

A recommendation:  in early days of March / September, deploy a new Sandbox with a copy of your production (or test environment) and deploy the waves there, to see the changes on the behavior

    Regards
