how can solve customer service related issue in dynamics 365?

Hello Everyone,

I have a small business and Using CRM to manage my business. Now I am growing my business into from small to mid size. Now I want to automate the business with dynamics 365 CRM. Here I want to know an answer of my question. The question is the either dynamics 365 resolve customer service related issue or not. If anyone have using dynamics 365 or having knowledge about it then kindly share your experience with me.

    If you're still looking for an answer I can list a few features that may help you:
     
    • Microsoft ecosystem has an application called Dynamics 365 customer service
    • This app specifically deal with everything related to customer service like
    • Case/tickets/incidents
    • Queues - containers were the work items stay until they are picked by agents to work on.
    • Knowledge article- material that help agents to resolve customer service issues
    • The Platform has rich set of features and with little configuration everything can be achieved.
