BC Item Card -> Attachments -> link table?

Hello I am looking at the item card URL links in the attachments section.

I want to be able to query the website on the item card, using the item number. Right now it doesn't look like there is any default way to link the URL in the links table, to the item connected with that URL. At least in the table I am looking in. (RecordLinks (2000000068))

All the URls in the table look to be organized in numerical order, based on when they were created.

Can anyone point me in the direction of how to query URLs from the item card, using the item number?

A combination of blogs should help here. Getting the record link could happen like this: thinkaboutit.be/.../

You will need an unbound web service to use similar code to the above blog. This is me doing it the other way by writing a record link: joshanglesea.wordpress.com/.../
